Do I pay for people who never open it?
You pay for members of the organization, because every member is a possible owner in the escalation chain. Remove someone and the seat frees up on your next invoice.
What counts as an AI action?
One AI request against your data — a summary, a suggested owner, a drafted note. Actions pool across the whole organization rather than per person.
Why is there a three-member minimum?
Escalation needs somewhere to go. Below three people there is no chain, and the free plan covers that case properly.
What happens to my history if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Records outside your new retention window stop being visible until you upgrade again, and remain exportable throughout.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. Five members, one organization, one project, free indefinitely. The 14-day trial is separate and applies to paid plans.
Can one account sit in several organizations?
Yes, on every plan including Free. Each organization pays for its own members, so a contractor in three orgs is billed once by each.
